Thanks for the suggestion, but perl -V shows:

  @INC:
    C:/Perl/site/lib/MSWin32-x86-multi-thread
    C:/Perl/site/lib
    C:/Perl/lib
    .

Also, it's only the listed modules that are affected, not all of them.
