Wassercrats, I don't see why anyone would -- vote the previous node. I would highly suggest that you create a new account, because most of the monks here only want to flame you, no matter what you put on these pages. Otherwise you will never live up to your true monk protential.

If it makes you feel any better, take a look at chiburashka's home node.

I think you should look at chiburashka's XP graph instead. His XP progression has been essentially positive for quite some time. This is one reason that while he has low XP he doesn't have the reputation that W has. He learned from his mistakes at the beginning and is now in steadily positive territory. If this trend continues eventually he will make saint. Now of course he could "retire" his account and come back as someone else and start from 0 and be there sooner, but I suspect he won't and give him all the more credit for it as well.

I understand what you are saying, and I don't mean any disrespect to chiburashka. I just hope that through gently persuasion that W can calm down and do the same (as he seems to be doing?). I believe that he has a lot to contribute, I'm sure a whole lot more than I do to this page. I wish people only the best of luck at the Monestary.

I agree with W about him getting flamed for no reason. He seems to get his undue share. I give him credit for sticking in there, though. I guess time will tell.

Now, you can flame me for my lack of spelling skills if you want to, just don't call me late for dinner!

Update: PS: I just looked at chiburashka's graph, and you are right. Making really good progress. I didn't see where his upward climb started from, but it must have been really sub-basement!!

Update 2: Checked Flux8 out and it's a nice web site. I'm not a html genius or anything, but I didn't see much in the meta portion of his page. Might this be a reason he isn't getting to many hits? I thought that the meta portion was where search engines looked for matches to things. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Tchuse! (and socks, too!)

I suggest you look a Wassercrat's XP chart. Unfortunatly, jcwren's site doesn't record XP losses correctly and will show that a monk has never or almost never lost XP even when they've been on a downward spiral all month.

Yes ysth advised me that you had raised this point about chib and I meant to update after I checked and discovered that you were more or less correct. I dont entriely agree its "a downward spiral all month", but I do see a lot more negative rep nodes than I thought should be there. I forgot to do the update as I was fairly busy yesterday, both here on PM and privately at home.

        Sorry about that.
