Doing unnecessary work because my co-workers can't learn to talk, read, or write is hardly a productive use of my time.

I pay out a huge amount of taxes to ensure that everyone who works in this country is well educated, far beyond basic literacy skills. It's not working; people then just waltz in from foreign countries, and claim to be programmers. They can barely stammer out a sentence at a grade three level, but they get hired to support governnment "diversity" inititives. And then I have to guess what the hell they were trying to say, because they didn't bother to learn to speak at an adult literacy level before they came here, claiming to be my "equal".

    It's frustrating. :-(
