shlomif has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hi all!

I'm the editor of the Dmoz.org Perl "FAQs, Help and Tutorials" category. In the course of my work, I now have the following broken link:

http://jynx.perlmonk.org/content/obfuhints.shtml

This is the domain perlmonk.org which belongs here. I'd like to know where I can find this page again.

Regards, -- Shlomi Fish

The server that hosts perlmonk.org suffered a hard disk failure late last year, and a lot of data was lost.

The server was rebuilt and restored a few months later - and some data was recovered (as I understand it), but not much. It appears that the user jynx no longer has an account on perlmonk.org, but they are still active here in the Monastery (last logged in here less than one day ago). So it's possible that she/he may still have a private copy of that content.

Suggest you privately /msg jynx if he/she doesn't reply to this node.

    Cheers,
    Darren :)
