No such thing; we use Monks inclusively. You could say 'meditated' about other Monks of the gender, lack thereof, or genders you find worth said 'meditation'.

    Exactly. Their lack of existence makes them so unattainable that Monks (of the gentlemanly persuasion) are driven wild, with no choice but to seek solace in solitary contemplation.

        Yes, Nones are probably when most monks are likely to be engaged in such meditations. :-)

        Just finished a binge on Charles Stross novels, I'm still a bit bent ;)
