I agree. The main use I would have for this feature, however,
is to mail things to myself, since there are some things I
like to have in my local DB of perl expertise (makes it
easier to search, etc.).
So what about this: make the feature only available to registered users, and make the feature a "mail to myself" thing, which automatically send the message/thread to the user as which you are logged in.
