I never asked for an RT queue; it is created automatically and there is nothing CPAN authors can do about it.

The META-spec 1.4 version includes resources by which you can indicate a different bugtracker. Would that help?

    Hm, yes, if that bugtracker can be my mailbox... e.g. with a mailto: URL.

    I do like RT, by the way, and I'd love using it if I could use a regular e-mail address, instead of the @cpan.org forward. Actually, it's been years since I pointed that forward to a devnull box; perhaps spam scanning has improved since then, and I should give it another try.
