What kind of queries are you planning to run? How often will your list change (i.e. adding new people, removing them, changing their details)? Is it possible for two different people to have the same name? Can the same person be mentioned more than once in the file?

Nothing to complex, the list will not change much, unless someone drops out of the group. No one will have the same name and all the block for each person will be unique. Is just getting this into some sort of data file parse and display the data.
