I wonder what you want to do with the supertree. It's the plot your only goal or you want to measure something or make some index?

How many nodes max do you need/expect to plot?

    Valdes, Right now plotting is the only goal. Right now 50 nodes would be more than enough. The maximum I'd be going is 100 nodes.
