There is this FAQ about issues accessing ActiveState's PPM repositories: http://community.activestate.com/node/9565

The closest thing that I could find (with very little searching) that lists specific ActivePerl versions for the community edition vs. business edition is using these two links:

    I appreciate this, however I was thinking more along the lines of a concrete statement on the ActiveState website that reflects what rawktron said. I've used Strawberry since it was in Alpha and have never experienced a problem (that I can remember), so I'd continue to advise people to use that rather than ActiveState, but I feel that an official reference for this issue would be beneficial to those who do need to use AS for whatever reason, if it were maintained in terms of version numbers etc, rather than a post on an unrelated website, from a new user (first post) that I don't know.
