I'd like to suggest also Email::Valid and Email::Valid::Loose (for some japanese providers as those do force somtimes users to have non-RFC-compliant email addresses.

I used to use those modules until I discovered issues (cpan redhat) with them on Redhat 9 machines. I had to switch to Mail::CheckUser. Neil Watson watson-wilson.ca	[reply]
