Add CB history link(s) on "Other CB clients" page?

Just a quick thought: when the average new-comer looks at the chatterbox nodelet -- and once they start to figure out how it works -- it's probably pretty common for them to wonder how the two or three concurrent conversations got started, or what question is being answered.

Right now, they can find a couple links to CB history if they follow "How do I use this?" and then spot the 8th FAQ question, whose answer contains the links. How bad would it be to include those links on the page about "Other CB clients"? The history pages are a kind of "client", after all.

But the main thing is, make it easier to find the recent CB history -- unless people have "principled objections", I think it would be simple and helpful to add to the "other clients" page, so that the history could be found no matter which of the two links you take at the bottom of the CB nodelet.

One of the first things I ever did for myself here was add cblast35 and cbhistory to my Personal Nodelet. Very convenient.

But I agree - it would be nice to have these links in a more standard, obvious place.

I wouldn't look in "Other CB Clients" if I wanted to know what had been said prior to the current nodelet's-worth of text.

But I don't understand why that one link from the CB FAQ got crowded into the nodelet. I'd remove the "Other CB Clients" link and make sure that the CB faqlet(s) include links to the history/context services.

I recently suggested in CB that a link to CB history be put next to (or under) "How do I use this?" and "Other CB clients." People who want past CB posts might not look in "Other CB clients."

Someone would need to decide which history to link to. See my home node for the choices.
