<p>For installing modules, follow [tobyink]’s advice and use a CPAN command-line client. I’ve found <tt>cpanm</tt> excellent. See [mod://App::cpanminus].</p>
<p>But for (un-)zipping in general under Windows, you can’t do better than <tt>7-Zip</tt> from [href://http://www.7-zip.org/].</p>
