<p>Net::SFTP appears to use the <c>getservbyname</c> function to map a service name and protocol (<c>"ssh", "tcp"</c>) to a port (22). The <c>getservbyname</c> function looks up the service name in the system's services file.</p>
<p>On Unix this is typically <c>/etc/services</c>. On Windows, it's typically <c>C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\services</c>. Make sure that this file exists, and <c>"ssh"</c> is listed correctly.</p>
