Good question. I have run into that same sloppy but working prototype, "hurry and get to the next project situation".
&lt;p&gt;I think that the benefits of following a standard, with an easy to follow and repeatable
&lt;BR&gt;pattern outweights the additional time it takes to get the formatting ready.

&lt;P&gt;Especially if you think that you'll be shoved on to the next project as soon as you get this
&lt;BR&gt;one working. I try to use templates myself, that was all that you have to do is fill in the 
&lt;BR&gt;blanks. :-)
