This is usually to do with PCB design, VHDL, production-management databases, or serial ports. I usually have to work in Win32, and I tend to use Tk for UI.</p> <p>If you do design in VHDL, please have a look at [mod://Hardware::Vhdl::Automake] - it automatically compiles VHDL projects, compiling only the design units that need to be compiled, with an optional preprocessing step.
