Either way, I don't like your suggestion, since it stresses the idea of an <em>institutional</em> Perl whereas Perl, notwithstanding <c>$Larry</c> and <c>@Larry</c> -nay, <em>thanks</em> to them!- is much a community thing, written and mainteined by the community for the community. Real people, for the most part, gather in a pub, in a cinema, in a factory... sometimes in an asylum... not in a government house!
