Perl, is the first contact with dynamic languages for me(Pascal -> C -> C++ before perl). I've not written much Perl lately. Mostly because I have worked in a C++ environment. My small perl hacks where not especially appreciated, because some of my coworkers where afraid to learn new things.

My attitude towards programming is practical, take any language that does the job and do it.
