my $gorgeous

by Falkkin (Chaplain)
on Jan 24, 2001 at 09:03 UTC ( [id://53894]=poem: print w/replies, xml ) Need Help??

Although it doesn't do anything, the poem does compile and run. Many thanks to Vortacist for inspiration.
#!/usr/bin/perl join $me, my $gorgeous, and listen $carefully, $please; eval { the circumstances } and warn $me if not $comfortable; for ($i; "understand"; "but please, let us" ) { lock our $lips, and link $us, $together; grep $me, $now, if $ready, and "i shall be happy"; unlink our $reservations and do { $me, $passionately, } until $at, last, our $desires_are_satisfied }; sleep $happily, my $dear_one; for (our $experiences_have_been_wonderful, and our $time_together_will ;;) { last }

Replies are listed 'Best First'.

    I suddenly have the urge to recommend that we incorporate some viewer discretionary mechanism in order to protect the younger audience- namely, damian1301. But ++ on using many common Perl functions!

    Update: Make no mistake! This is an excellent poem! Don't have it removed!

    AgentM Systems nor Nasca Enterprises nor Bone::Easy nor Macperl is responsible for the comments made by AgentM. Remember, you can build any logical system with NOR.
      Eeeeeep... I will admit that I didn't really think about the younger viewers of the site... if people overwhelmingly think this is inappropriate, I'll offer to alter whatever bits are considered offensive.

    I've already been exposed to enough of that already, AgentM. Thanks for the lookout. Nice poem though you++.

    Wanna be perl hacker.
