No news to report. I am a security applications consultant, and I use Perl as a tool in my toolkit. I've worked with Perl for a long time, but still I'm no expert. The Monestary has been unbelievably helpful to me. I have a long way to go, and I expect my nature of being a "Jack of all trades, master of none" means that I will always have a lot to learn. I happen to have achieved the status of Saint (well, sort of -- the level system changed shortly after making it; so now I'm a Vicar), but that doesn't mean I'm an expert. It just means that, for the most part, I've asked good questions and given good answers when I could. I can be wrong, and I am probably wrong more often than not. Please point it out, that's how I improve. If you're hitting this bio trying to figure out how to reply to a comment of mine, know that I prefer being told I'm wrong, and exactly how I'm wrong. How else would I be disabused of erroneous notions? RamblingsI passed my CISSP exam! I DisclaimerCode posted by on PerlMonks, unless otherwise specified, is subject to the following:
