Nope. The clock seem s to be ok:

C:\Users\schweini\Dropbox\hacks>perl -MTime::Piece -e "my $l = localti +me; print qq|local time is $l\n|" local time is Thu Oct 25 13:29:00 2012
(which obviously is my localtime right now)
