I've posted my annual Perl Advent Calendars: 2012 edition blog post.

There are two tracks to the japanese advent calendar this year, hacker and casual. is not strictly perl themed, but does include perl projects. A nice opportunity to give back to the upstream coders in your life by sending them a pull request.
