You just have to install it, easy if you've got msys installed (sh configure ), a pita if you don't -- citrusperl provides a msys download

I can install it myself. I have to find a way how to make it part of the product we ship, though.

Well, you could do like strawberry, copy libxslt..a and xslt.h ... or http://www.citrusperl.com/helpweb/createdistribution.htm :)
