how to automate HTML::Template making?

Anonymous Monk has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hello all,

Lazy person question... There are a number of HTML and XML files which would need to become HTML::Template(s). Is there a module which could handle the task or should I use a parser?

    Or you could use something like Cindy which works on unmodified HTML and XML files using Content Injection.
