bingos/AM: please review this session: I tried to update (x) and it issued an error:

    Many TIA - Helen

I tried to update (x) and it issued an error:

You forgot to download a new CPANPLUS first like bingos showed

You could even  cpan CPANPLUS if your cpan is in working order

Thank you, AM. I'll try downloading it in a couple of hours, and report back.

In the meantime, I followed your suggestion, and got this:

E:\>cpan cpanplus CPAN: CPAN::SQLite loaded ok (v0.202) Database was generated on Sat, 27 Apr 2013 19:45:20 GMT Warning: Cannot install cpanplus, don't know what it is. Try the command i /cpanplus/ to find objects with matching identifiers.

        Many TIA - Helen
