BTW, if you find a matching font, you need to enable it in the registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Consol
+e\TrueTypeFont
[download]

...or

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Consol
+e\RasterFonts
[download]

...a new string value, e.g. 00, 01.. where the value is your font - reboot required :-(

Unfortunately i couldn't figure out the right one yet ;-(

There is "Arial Unicode MS" which has the diagonals. While your advice is good, I cannot implement it due to the lack of admin rights. :(	[reply]
