BrowserUk has asked for the
wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:
Given the following 'distances between points' dataset:
Convert those 'as the crow flies' distances into a set of 2D plane coordinates for plotting.
How? Pointers; existing software; (that runs on Windows); modules; anything considered.
(What have I tried so far? I haven't. I've just started thinking about it and am hoping for cluebats to set my approach.)
