I guess cpanp needs a newer perl to work? as it is not recognized on Windows

Why guess? Click the link and find out ... Does it matter? You can use cpan also... or download the tarball yourself and do the Makefile.PL dance yourself

I did click cpanp is not recognized. I'd be delighted if that worked, then activestate would no longer be needed	[reply]
