    These suggestions are pointless if she cannot use CGI.pm. It is a constraint. You are the one dragging this out by failing to acknowledge this fact!

        Yes I do. It means that any advice to use bloatware like Moose, Dancer, Plack, HTML::Template or anything but Common Gateway Interface should be downvoted. Your suggestions would be better served at some conspiracy convention, not here. My suggestions were helpful.
