It is by caffeine alone that I set my mind in motion. It is by the coffee that the thoughts acquire speed, the lips acquire stains, the stains become a warning. It is by caffeine alone that I set my mind in motion.
That used to be my mantra when I'd have 2-3 french presses of coffee,(3 cups each), before lunch, have an Americano with 3 shots after lunch. That's not counting the occasional batch made with water joe and Black Tiger Coffee (30% extra caffeine).
I've cut way back on the coffee intake to one or two cups a week. My blood pressure is down, but so is my stress level.
