in thread Feature: Auto hide. Change: show node vote counts to all, not just logged in users.

The monk in question posts advice that is sometimes dangerousand could get a junior dev fired, disciplined, put on a PIPbut has the unfortunate habit of being half-right a lot of the time. Never containing direct answers. Just handwaving, buggy nonsense, C // comments in Perl code, mistaken assertions, advice that was questionable in 1998 and just awful today, constant assertions about wrong node/logout, frequent rehashing of settled issues that are only personal, straight up lies about voting habits, blah, blah, blah, and despite polite requests and helpful advice, this is never corrected. Its been years. Its a waste of everyones time to call it out over and over and it starts fights between other monks. If the nodes simply disappeared with the votes they are already getting It would be a benefit to everyone and might be the wake-up call that is finally answered. The ringing bothers all of us.

Amen!
