Averaging about five hours sleep a night, I find that not only is caffeine my friend but it is also my guardian, watching over me when I need to be awake. Due to the amount of caffeine I have I find myself in a cycle which I cannot break. I cannot sleep more than my average because of it and without I cannot stay awake. Staying awake is often quite important and benficial to ones driving habits, amongst other things. Actually caffeine helps to keep me in line, because I have discovered that on the odd occasion when I have say 9 or 10 hours sleep, I only end up frightening my friends and family with my excessive amount of energy. Coke is a God in my country. Coffee is one of many Demi God's.
