Here in the Netherlands you can buy breast, legs, wings, hearts (really tasteful btw), and thighs. Out of the normal chicken-meat, the thighs are imho the most tasteful bits.

      Yes, and also kidneys (yummie). I realized I forgot them when driving home (where I forgot to edit them in).

    Here, they also sell necks. My mother used them to prepare soups or to feed our dog.
