in thread mod_perl-2.0.ppd installation failed

Error message is from command line. Used command:

ppm install http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms/mod_perl-2.0.ppd

Any idea how to fix ?

If you test the URL in your browser, it's unreachable. Perhaps this repository no longer exists. Try contacting your vendor ActiveState, they should have repos you could use. There's also PPM::Repositories, but at first glance it doesn't look up to date, you'd need to find a repository or just build from source rather than use PPM.

Ok, thank you. I already tried with PPM:Repositories but same error occurred.

Also, I tried with some other repository, it doesn't work. Could you help me with finding appropriate url ?

No, I can't (not beyond the advice above). I don't use PPM, haven't done so since the mid 2000s. If you are using ActiveState you should contact them. Again, you could consider trying to install from source, as per the mod_perl documentation.

      Ok, thanks
