in reply to Coding superstitions

My scripts usually start off fairly regular, then degenerate into trying to do things I know I shouldn't. I always start my scripts like this:

#!/usr/bin/perl -w use strict; # useless.pl # script to demonstrate my perl style # amoe 2002 use SomeModule;
That's pretty much exactly how all my scripts start off. Even when I'm useing warnings, I put the -w switch in, and use strict somes directly underneath to match my Camel teeshirt :)
