I have rescently been attempting to use IO::String
to keep format
output, however I am having a few problems. Am I just using it wrong? Information as to how I got to this point can be found here
my $io = tie(*TEST,'IO::String');
my $temp = $io->string_ref;
my $t1 = '1';
my $t2 = '2';
my $t3 = '3';

When Executed, this is what happens:
perl -w test.pl
write() on unopened filehandle TEST at test.pl line 14.
"Weird things happen, get used to it."
