Golf - TPR(0,3) Begins on May 1

The Perl Review is hosting another Perl Golf challenge. Running from May 1 to May 8, TPR(0,3) will be administered by Perl Golf legend, Eugene van der Pijll and his merry men.

Thanks to the generous sponsorships of O'Reilly and ActiveState, the winner of the veteran category will win one O'Reilly book of his/her choosing. The winner of the beginner category will receive a t-shirt and bumper sticker from ActiveState.

I am also excited to announce that we have added a new category: Teams. Hopefully this will allow many people to play that might not have had the time or confidence to do it alone. If you are interested in joining a team, find some fellow Perl hackers and show up! If you need a team, post to [e-mail] or if you want a monks-only team, perhaps post your request on this thread.

So dust off your clubs, get to the driving range, and memorize perlvar, because the tournament begins in 4 days.
