Do you really want

SELECT DISTINCT name FROM
                 ^

And what would you suggest usuarios and filial get changed to? Just because someone programs in english, it doesn't mean that's their first language and that they want to store their data in English. If you look, you will see that DaWolf is in brazil, so let's assume it's Brazilian Portugese, and not a spelling error :)
