    Not really. The options there are:

    • Created a javascript that tricked someone else to vote
    • Hacked into perlmonks and adjusted the vote counter manually

    I respectfully disagree, by the time you see the results, you've voted...it is a wise individual that can look into the future and see the consequences of his/her actions and plan accordingly
