Format For New PM Themes?

First off, I'm not complaining. I really like the Dark Theme a ton... however, I was wondering how to best specify (submit) new themes. Is there an ideal format or anything? Maybe we could have a quest to come up with the 15 nicest PM themes. Previews and voting and then implementation? I'd like to make one or two. Please let me know how to best go about it. I've sorta cooked my own (<a href="http://BinQ.org/pc/>PipsColors) but it's really goofy right now. Is there an ideal method? Thanks vroom. TTFN.

Sorry... I didn't scrutinize my anchor tag. That should be: I've sorta cooked my own (PipsPerlMonksThemer) but it's really goofy right now. Is there a better way? Thanks vroom. TTFN.

It already happened: Themes Design Quest. If vroom's still accepting ideas, the ideal format is probably what he specified there.
Well in that case... Does anyone like my PerlMonks theme at PipsPerlMonksThemer? I've tweaked one of my older scripts so that it can handle many different filters (color schemes). Any Monk can make their own theme there too. Just put your PerlMonks username in and create a new filter and then click the settings button and change the colors around to your liking. I'll probably post it to craft (here) right now even though it's pretty crappy.

It sounds like t0mas might be able to post some sweet craft based on this. Maybe we could all hack some nice Perl to enable clean interactive selection of personal color preferences. It could make this place even more configurable and comfortable and colorful =). I'd like to help make PM better if possible. TTFN.
