perlisfun has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:
We have a lot of perl script to be saved in our version management tool. perl location is varied from host to host. We have an environment variable $var set to lead to perl location.
when i put '#!$var/bin/perl' in the first line of the script. It does not work.
Do you have any idea to make it work?
