Summary:
Change User Settings won't remove Personal Nodelet entries

Description: 
After Personal Nodelet change noted at node_id=26891, my Change User Settings won't remove desired Personal Nodelet entries.

Check the "remove" boxes and click "submit".  Page refreshes, yet same boxes are still checked and entries still exist.
