Inline::Files appears to be a pure perl module. Get the source, then get nmake15.exe from here, then run
from the command line. Boom, it's installed. HTH... Update: Here's A Guide to Installing Modules. And here's a how-to for creating your own ppm. You won't have to wait for that crazyinsomniac!
