high-handed and stupid advice My post was a series of questions, rather than a piece of advice. The point being have you ever worked at a company that says we value your input, so you offer it, only to find yourself branded as 'not a team player'? As I read AMs response it seemed to me we were observing just that sort of behaviour from someone whose basic question was 'How do I get the best people to come and stay at my company?' The AM part was simply one of the suggestions offered by dws all of which AM felt required counter-argument if you read the response. Now let's step back for a minute an consider what dws said which was essentially 2 things.
In my considered opinion if AMs response was indicative of how they handle employee relations then that is probably one of their real problems. So he asked, I told him. Yes I could have been more polite or less sarcastic, but it seemed to me AM was simply demonstrating one of his/her problems while remaining blissfully ignorant. Just my opinion, with my name stuck to it {shrugs}. cheers tachyon s&&rsenoyhcatreve&&&s&n.+t&"$'$`$\"$\&"&ee&&y&srve&&d&&print
