perlmonks runs on the everything2 engine, IIRC. It is available here:

As the FAQ states, don't expect to be able to get it running "unless you can hack some serious Perl."

While the everything2 backend engine is publically available, I don't believe that the patches specific to the site are available to anyone other than the gods and the pmdev clans.

    Unfortunately it is an older version of that engine as I wrote in another node.

    Makeshifts last the longest.
