the Best Nodes page is about pride. I can only partially agree. I am a casual browser here in PM, and I don't stand a chance that one of my nodes gets to the Hall of Fame, but sometimes, after I have been away from the Moastery for a while, I would like to know what was going on while I wasn't watching, and reading ALL the nodes submitted, say, in one month, is not something I can do. I believe that this was the gist of tilly's note as well. I have learned a lot from the Monastery, even without contributing too much. I would like to have a method to skim the good stuff from the average nodes, and a hall of fame with the best nodes for each month would be a great browsing help for somebody who is not looking for a specific subject, but is only willing to learn more from other people experience. A Hall of Fame page would be a system to keep the good nodes in a place where people can see them (without an explicit research) even after one week. I believe that the Monastery is full of hidden treasures, nodes that were not Tutorials but did not get a quarter of K votes, and nonetheless deserve more than one week of glory.
