Let's put the CGI, HTTP, HTML, Class and whatever distributions into usable bundles which can be installed without the hassles we have now.
The infrastructure is there. It has been part of PAUSE/CPAN for a long time. It's called "bundles". So, I say "put up or shut up". Upload your bundle(s) or quit saying what "we" should do.
