Do I just execute it as a regular perl script from the command prompt?
These are the errors I get when I try to:

C:\>perl aimbot.pl
Can't locate Net/AIM.pm in @INC (@INC contains: C:/Perl/lib C:/Perl/site/lib .)
at aimbot.pl line 6.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at aimbot.pl line 6.

C:\>

    well, you have to install Net::AIM first!!!
