chiburashka has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

if this is a code of a SIMPLE Http proxy :
use HTTP::Proxy; my $proxy = HTTP::Proxy->new( port => 3128 ); $proxy->start;

How can i put a login and a password for people to enter, so that will be allowed or denied to use this proxy ?
