I received my receipt many weeks after the donation; if you are worried, try writing directly to Perl Foundation.

Rather than track who does or does not get a receipt, everyone gets a receipt now. To streamline the process, however, we do them all in one big batch at the end of the year. That is a lot easier on us, plus it saves a lot of people from having to re-request a receipt for the taxes because they lost the original nine months ago.

If you need the receipt sooner, send me an email (demaagdk at umich dot edu); I’ll sent it out right away.
